When providers go through an audit process either internally or with an external regulator such as ASQA, the VRQA, TAC, ANMAC or any other regulator, sometimes, non-compliances occur. When this happens, in most situations, providers generally have 20 working days to ensure that all identified non-compliances are addressed and adequate and sufficient evidence provided to the regulator to confirm that the provider is now compliant. In some situations, this might mean a few days work to do some minor tweaking, in other cases, it can mean a significant overhaul of policies, procedures, assessments, learning materials and staffing. Sometimes this process can be daunting when you don’t know what you don’t know and making your way through the maze of regulatory requirements to ensure you have done what is required to maintain your registration is a challenge. This is where RTO Doctor specialises and comes in to support you. We do whatever it takes to get you over the line. If it means working 7 days a week for the full rectification period and working 18 hours a day, that’s what we do. We are committed to ensuring that we get you back on track. It’s one of the things we do best and we have never failed.

The costs of our products and services vary. It is our experience that the scope of these types of projects often changes and to be fair and transparent to our clients, we prefer to be upfront with you about the types of costs you will incur and how it can be best managed.

RTO Doctor does offer payment plans for some clients where necessary. It should be noted however that strict terms and conditions apply and these are built into our contract.

RTO Doctor has a comprehensive online store only it is no longer visible to the public.

Due to the ever-increasing changes to the regulatory frameworks we operate in, we found it difficult to maintain such a dynamic website offering.

We found that sometimes the products had superseded over night and clients had purchased a document that was no longer suitable.

Instead, we urge you to contact us and let us know what you're after.  We can then let you know whether we have it available, issue you with an invoice and once you have paid using our secure payment gateway, the product is emailed to you immediately.  

Many clients have told us that they prefer this system than our previous one because they could be assured at all times that they were getting the most current and up to date document.

RTO Doctor guarantees all products as they are handed over to the client as being compliant. Once the client has taken possession, if any alterations are made to the product we provide, we can no longer guarantee their compliance.

Unfortunately, some auditors will still identify something as not compliant even though it is compliant.  This is the unfortunate nature of ASQA's current regulatory regime. 

We will never hand over something that we believe is not compliant.
